IRS ENROLLED AGENT #117767

Tax preparation & planning that keeps more in your pocket.

Filing a return only looks backward. We do both — accurate preparation and forward-looking planning — as a licensed IRS Enrolled Agent, the highest federal tax credential, authorized to represent you before the IRS.

TAXES $

Preparation and planning, under one roof.

Most people meet their tax preparer once a year, hand over documents, and hope for the best. We work the other way — planning through the year so filing season holds no surprises.

What we handle

  • Individual & family tax returns (federal and all states)
  • Small-business, self-employed & rental-property returns
  • Quarterly estimated-tax calculations for the self-employed
  • Year-round tax planning aligned to your goals
  • Electronic filing with direct-deposit refunds
  • Extensions and penalty-avoidance strategies
  • Entity-selection guidance (LLC / S-corp) with the whole picture in view
  • IRS representation — audits, notices, and letter resolution

What an Enrolled Agent means for you

An Enrolled Agent (EA) is federally licensed by the IRS and holds unlimited representation rights — meaning we can speak to the IRS on your behalf, on any matter, in any state. It’s the credential built specifically around tax, and it’s why an IRS letter doesn’t have to be something you face alone.

Coordinated with the rest of your plan

Because we also handle investments, real estate, mortgage and insurance — and do complete financial and business planning — your tax strategy isn’t built in a vacuum. A Roth conversion, a property sale, or a refinance all have tax consequences. Here, one professional sees them coming and plans around them, and shows you how to gain tax advantages or minimize tax liabilities before or during those other transactions.

Good to know

Tax questions, answered.

What’s the difference between an Enrolled Agent and a regular preparer?

An EA is federally licensed by the IRS with unlimited rights to represent taxpayers — including in audits and appeals. Many seasonal preparers cannot represent you at all.

Do you handle small-business and self-employed taxes?

Yes — Schedule C, LLCs, S-corps, rental property, and quarterly estimates are core to what we do.

How do I get my documents to you safely?

Through our encrypted Doc Vault portal. We never ask you to email Social Security numbers, statements, or returns.

Can you help with an IRS notice or audit?

Yes. As an Enrolled Agent, we can represent you before the IRS and resolve letters and audits on your behalf.

What does it cost?

It depends on the complexity of your return. The 15-minute intro is free, and you’ll get a clear quote before any work begins.
